Tanya Deans
President, Hanes Australasia
Tanya was appointed a Director in March 2021 and President of Hanes Australasia in January the same year. Prior to that Tanya was Group General Manager, Bras n Things, a role that she held for 18 months. Before that Tanya was General Manager, Brands for the Hanes Australasia Apparel Group and that was preceded by various brand, category and product leadership roles across HAA’s largest brands over the 29 years she has worked for the company. Tanya has been involved in many of the acquisition, divestment and transformation activities of the business and has a particular interest in brand reinvention.
Sandra Blackburn
Group General Manager, People & Culture
Sandra joined Hanes Australasia in July 2005. Sandra’s remit includes driving the strategic people agenda across Hanes Australasia. These include and are not limited to Culture, Leadership, Talent, Communications, Diversity and Inclusivity, People Operations. Prior to this role, Sandra has held numerous leadership roles spanning People Leadership, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Human Resources Management. Prior to joining the company, Sandra held senior HR roles both in Australia and Europe.
Tom Dalianis
Group General Manager, IT
Tom joined Hanes Australasia in 1990, since which time he has held senior roles across Information Technology, Shared Services and Logistics. Throughout his tenure, Tom has led numerous business integrations covering acquisitions, company-wide platform consolidations, customer interfaces and major supply chain transformations. More recently his focus has been on our digital transformation program enabling omni-channel and supply chain excellence.
Emily Small
Group General Manager, Retail, Loyalty + Consumer Insights
Emily was appointed to the role of Group General Manager, Retail, Loyalty and Consumer Insights in April 2024. Prior to that Emily has various senior roles at HAA including Group General Manager, Online and various senior roles across Category, Insights, Product and Marketing functions, ensuring our largest brands kept pace with consumer culture.
David Machell
General Manager, Wholesale
David was appointed to the role of General Manager, Wholesale in April 2024, leading our HAA Wholesale channel team. Prior to that David held a number of senior roles within HAA including General Manager and Channel Manager Sales roles in all parts of the Apparel Group. Prior to joining Hanes David held senior sales roles in the FMCG sector at companies including Gillette and Bowater Tissue.
Andrew Seargeant
Group General Manager, Merch + Brand Bonds Group
Andrew was appointed to the role of Group General Manager, Merch + Brand Bonds Group in April 2024. Prior to that Andrew held various senior roles including Group General Manager, Sheridan; General Manager, Strategy & Business Development; and Divisional Manager – Men’s Underwear. Andrew also spent 2 years as a member of the Hanes Europe Innerwear executive leadership team, leading Business Development including the creation of a significant transformation program. Prior to joining Hanes, Andrew was a Director in management consulting at Monitor Deloitte, following 11 years in various roles at Fosters Group and Treasury Wine Estates including Global Director of Corporate Strategy and Country Manager Japan.
Ryan Wilson
Senior Vice President, Innerwear Asia and Group General Manager, Merch + Brand Bras N Things
Ryan was appointed to his current role in July 2024. Prior to that, Ryan has held various senior roles across Hanes Australasia and HanesBrands, including most recently as Senior Vice President of Digital and Direct to Consumer at HanesBrands with global responsibility for HanesBrands digital channels, and US store network.
Holli Michelle
General Manager, Merch + Brand Sheridan
Holli was appointed to the position of General Manager of Sheridan in April 2024. She joined Hanes Australasia in 2013 as the Division Manager for Intimates, during which time, she led a cross functional team of category, product and marketing managers, transforming
some of HAA’s most revered, purpose-led brands. In 2022, Holli was appointed to the Head of E-Commerce for Sheridan, where she led the transformation of the omni and on-line experience. Prior to joining, Holli held various senior management roles in category, channel and sales within Nestle and Danone in the FMCG industry.
Renee Stuart
General Manager, Design, Innovation
Renee joined Hanes Australasia in 2004. An Intimates and Apparel industry creative with over 20 years’ experience. Renee has held senior Design & Innovation roles across the brands Bonds, Berlei and Jockey. Throughout her tenure Renee has been responsible for leading a team of creative and technical designers, innovation specialists, raw material developers and quality assurance across Australia and Asia. More recently, Renee’s focus has been on delivering disruptive Innovative product launches and category expansions across the HAA brand portfolio that elevates our brands positioning in the market.
Elizabeth Levinson
Deputy General Counsel
Elizabeth was appointed to Deputy General Counsel for Hanes Australia in January 2021. Elizabeth joined the business in 2011 as Legal Counsel. She started her career at Herbert Smith Freehills where she worked for 10 years prior to moving in house to Telstra Corporation Limited. Elizabeth has provided legal support for the various acquisitions, divestments and transformation activities of the business. Elizabeth also holds the role as Company Secretary and Privacy Officer in Australia.
Sheree Maguire
General Manager, Sustainability
Sheree was appointed to the role of General Manager, Sustainability in January 2023. Sheree’s remit includes driving the sustainability (ESG) and responsible sourcing strategy across Hanes Australasia. Sheree joined the business in 2012 and has held various leadership roles across sustainability, internal audit, risk management, compliance and corporate social responsibility. Prior to joining, Sheree was a Senior Manager at consulting firm PwC for over 10 years with roles in risk advisory services and external audit.
CK Navaratna
Group General Manager, Supply
Chithalka (CK), was appointed as Group General Manager, Supply in November 2023, having previously been the General Manager - Supply for the Bonds Group. CK joined Hanes in 2008 as a Continuous Improvement Manager, having previously held numerous roles in apparel manufacturing and the FMCG sector. His current role spans Supply and Sourcing, Quality, Technical and International logistics.
Sebastian Siccita
Group General Manager, Logistics
Sebastian was appointed to the role of Group General Manager, Logistics in November 2023. Sebastian joined Hanes in 2019 and has held various senior Logistics roles during that time. Prior to joining Hanes Sebastian spent 24 years in senior leadership roles in the FMCG sector in the US and Asia Pacific region.
